Australia Post’s consistent performance

A few hours ago, I had to look up the details of an Australia Post outlet, on my phone. Fortunately, Australia Post has a rather slick and to-the-point mobile website.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work…

…no matter how many times you hit search, or how long you wait. Neither does the feedback/complaint form, which leads to a non-mobile page devoid of content.

When replaying the video, I noticed the little Feedback button, occasionaly showing up. It led to some satisfaction survey. Not quite what I was looking for, but I guess at least it’s some way to report what’s not working…

A negative survey to AusPost

After discussing this issue with somebody else, they pointed out they had a similar experience. Three weeks ago.

I’m not sure what to think about this consistency in the quality of service (no or painful service, and unability to report issues) between various outlets and the online version of AusPost… Meanwhile, I still have to look up that outlet (fortunately, that same page seems to work on desktop browsersFirefox, but not on Chrome)…

Update 2017-02-23: No hope for a fix coming from Twitter either…

Follow the rest of the threads if you care. Lack of team communication and unwillingness to fix the root cause. I’ll leave it there for the time being. They are useless.
